The Atlantic RBCA model provides standards and criteria for assessing, remediating, and redeveloping sites impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons and other contaminants. Effective August 30, 2021, Atlantic Regulators require assessment, remediation and closure reports to utilize Atlantic RBCA Version 4.0 and/or 2021 Atlantic RBCA EQS/PSS, except as outlined in the Atlantic RBCA V4 Implementation Procedure.
