On August 30th, 2021 Atlantic RBCA released updated User Guidance V4 & the 2021 Atlantic RBCA Environmental Quality Standards (EQS) and Pathway Specific Standards (PSS). The New Brunswick Department of Environment and Local Government (NBDELG) is adopting the new User Guidance and EQS/PSS tables and has developed a New Brunswick (NB) specific Implementation Plan. This Plan will be used in NB in lieu of the Atlantic RBCA implementation procedure that accompanied the release.
