The New Brunswick Department of Environment and Local Government (NBDELG) has updated the Guideline for the Management of Contaminated Sites (CSM Guideline), Version 3.0, dated March 2023.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, Site Professionals and Responsible Parties should follow the updated version of the CSM Guideline. The Guideline is available in both English and French on the Atlantic RBCA website, under Provincial Information/New Brunswick.
