As an initiative of Atlantic PIRI’s Harmonization Working Group, this report is a comprehensive review of how various Canadian and US jurisdictions manage or distribute information about properties impacted by contaminants to the public. In addition to guiding principles and recommendations, this report provides a ‘snapshot’ of the various options and tools used to share and distribute information to the public regarding the registration of contaminated properties.
