UPDATE : TECHNICAL ADVISORY – Effective August 1, 2022

Updates to the 2021 Version 4 of the Atlantic RBCA User Guidance and the 2021 Atlantic RBCA EQS/PSS and associated Rationale Document. Atlantic Regulators will require assessment, remediation and closure reports to utilize the 2022 updated versions of all documents with specific Exceptions as outlined in the updated Implementation Procedure for Atlantic RBCA V4 User Guidance and EQS/PSS .

TECHNICAL ADVISORY – Effective August 30, 2021

Effective August 30, 2021, Atlantic Regulators will require assessment, remediation and closure reports to utilize Atlantic RBCA V4 Toolkit and V4 User Guidance and/or 2021 Atlantic RBCA EQS/PSS (as adopted in ministerial protocols and other relevant guidance and regulatory instruments developed by the four Atlantic Provinces) with the exceptions as outlined in the Atlantic RBCA V4 and EQS/PSS Implementation Procedure (Archived).

The four Atlantic Provinces may independently determine how and when to apply and implement the 2021 Atlantic RBCA EQS/PSS within their individual provincial impacted site management processes, programs, and policy frameworks. At the discretion of the individual Atlantic Provinces, this may include modifications to the Atlantic RBCA EQS/PSS.
