Atlantic RBCA V4 Software

Atlantic RBCA V4 Software is a comprehensive modeling and risk characterization package for Tier 1 and Tier 2 RBCA evaluations for petroleum release sites. This software is a region-specific customization of GSI Environmental Inc.’s popular RBCA Toolkit for Chemical Releases. It is designed to complete the calculations required for Tiers 1 and 2 of the Atlantic RBCA protocol, including harmonization with the 2008 Canada-wide Standard for Petroleum Hydrocarbons in Soil (CWS-PHC) developed by the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME). The RBCA Toolkit for Atlantic Canada utilizes default parameters, modeling options, and chemical data consistent with the Atlantic RBCA V4 User Guidance document.
